Adolf Everon and I hope to get to know this lovely gentleman better on my next visit to the Marriott. Now, off the property excursions and some restaurants we had a great experience. The pools are large and there is an adult pool where you can get away from the kids if that's your preference. Then she hang up before I finished my words! The adult pool closes at 7 p. A good boss results in happy workers. Nihaila has the greatest things to say about her boss. After meeting him, I now know why his staff is very content and happy at work. This is very rare in this day and age. The Stellaris is a very nice Hotel. Please accept my sincere apology for the experience and for the lack of satisfying resolution. Our primary focus is to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience. I consulted with the front desk and they offered me a sorry apology and blamed it on the computer -even though I triple checked with them several times! It is evident that there has been no customer service during the interaction. I am very proud to have Nahilia on our team and also an exemaplary leader as Adolf. But for each question I asked again and again until she finally gave an answer. My husband had to get up, ask for menus, complain, etc. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your money here! After the complaint, a waitress brought over two adult beverages for free beverages we did not like, so we did not drink them. There were several encounters where we were ignored.
